We have some updates about our store. It has changed a lot for everybody in the past 3 years because of Covid. With the new mode “Work from Home”, most of our customers now are happy to order flowers with us online. Therefore, we decided to close our walk-in store at 5650 Yonge St and move our store to studio base and we now operate our business 100% online. Now we can fully focus on our floral design in our studio located in Vaughan and return the saved expense to our customers with beautiful, designed bouquets. Our customers will surely receive more flowers with the same budget as you used to have. The followings are the highlight of the main changes:

• Chez Joy Florist is now 100% online florist from year 2023.
• 24/7 online order available with next day delivery cut off time 9pm daily
• Minimum order starts$35.99. Order under $100 with flat rate delivery charge $15
• Free shipping for $100 and above for most of the GTA area not including downtown area.
• We normally do not do downtown delivery (South of Eglinton) as courier charges very high for downtown surcharge. If you do need downtown delivery, pls. email us and we can quote you the delivery charge case by case.
• You can order same day delivery or specific timing delivery through our Uber Florist Store
• Feel free to contact us by email: flowers@chezjoy.ca We will reply to you in an hour’s time most of the cases. We prefer email than phone as our hands are mostly engaged with flower works.
