We’re Back! Big Updates & A New Chapter for Chez Joy Florist

Hello to all our wonderful flower lovers!

We know we’ve been a little quiet over the past two weeks while we were closed for a special event. We want to thank you for your patience and for the lovely messages we received while we were away. We’ve missed being a part of your celebrations, and we are so excited to announce that we are officially reopening for online orders starting March 25!

Something New is Budding: Richmond Hill

The biggest news of all? Chez Joy Florist is moving! We are thrilled to share that by the end of May, we will be settling into a brand-new studio space in the heart of Richmond Hill.

This move represents a huge step for us, allowing us to grow and better serve our community with the same artistry and care you’ve come to expect.

What to Expect This Summer

As we transition to our new home, there are a few important dates to keep in mind:

• June Renovations: To make our new studio perfect, we will be closing for a short period in June for renovations. We will announce the exact dates as soon as they are confirmed!

• In-Store Pickups:  Our new location will allow for customer pickups.

• Online Always: We will remain an online-first boutique. While we won’t have a "walk-in" retail storefront for browsing, our full collection will be available on our website 24/7.

• By Appointment Only: To ensure your arrangements are fresh and ready, all pickups must be scheduled by appointment through your online order.

We are still ironing out the final details, and we promise to send out a full update with our new address and confirmed "Grand Opening" dates very soon.

In the meantime, our website is ready for your orders starting tomorrow, March 25. Whether it’s for a birthday, an anniversary, or "just because," we can’t wait to start creating for you again.
